treewide: remove aliases in nixpkgs

This makes the command ‘nix-env -qa -f. --arg config '{skipAliases =
true;}'’ work in Nixpkgs.

  This ensures we get the right poppler.

  docbook5_xsl -> docbook_xsl_ns
