* Cleaned up a lot of description fields that contained newlines.

Some of these should be longDescriptions, but most others just
  shouldn't contain newlines.  E.g. write

    description = "Bla";

  and not

    description = ''
      Bla
    '';

  This pollutes "nix-env -qa --description" output.
