libtorch-bin: fix false CUDA dependency in passthru test
...
The passthru test used the CUDA toolkit for the CUDA stub
unconditionally, also requiring the cudatoolkit derivation when
cudaSupport = false.

- Provide the CUDA toolkit and CuDNN dependencies.
- Expose libcuda.so stub to run the test in the sandbox.

libtorch-bin: cleanup passthru test
...
- Make passthru.tests an attrset.
- Remove CMake VERBOSE option.
- Remove spurious `cat CMakeLists.txt`.
- Run the test as well.
- Actually test some functionality.
