Peter Hoeg f16bd1c72d neomutt: use mime.types from dedicated mime-types derivation 
The mime.types file shipped with neomutt is pretty basic so we use the one put
together by Gentoo from a dedicated mime-types derivation as it vastly improves
the handling of attachments.

Gleb Peregud 2f6148c743 nixos/system: make switch-to-configuration script pure. 
Fixes #28443

Fixed few invocations to `systemctl` to have an absolute path. Additionally add
LOCALE_ARCHIVE so that perl stops spewing warning messages.

Pierre Chevalier c46d4dab96 gdm: remove old workaround for conflicts with getty 
- There used to be a conflict between gdm and getty both trying to
  access tty1
- This conflict was fixed by running gdm on tty7 instead

Philipp Gesang 96666650ef man-db: explicitly pass section string 
Work around a bug in the autoconf setup of man-db: The
list of default sections does not include section 0 (zero)
despite ``./configure --help`` advertising it. This causes
header man pages (e. g. time.h from package posix_man_pages)
to be ignored by man(1):

    $ file /run/current-system/sw/share/man/man0p/time.h.0p.gz
    /run/current-system/sw/share/man/man0p/time.h.0p.gz: gzip compressed data, from Unix
    $ man 0p time.h
    No manual entry for 0p
    No manual entry for time.h

Override the default (as defined in m4/man-arg-sections.m4)
until this is fixed upstream.
