Mathijs Kwik c750a66717 bup: update to latest git version. 
why the git version? 0.24b (in nixpkgs) was broken.
using 0.25rc1 gave the same error (gcc 4.6 related)
Both these versions are over a year old and lots of
commits were made after that, including something
that fixed building on nix.

It turns out this can just be done using "require".

Mathijs Kwik b609ff4fcf allow out-of-tree nixos modules 
The environment variable "NIXOS_EXTRA_MODULES" is now checked to
contain a path to a file similar to modules/module-list.nix.

This gives the ability to include nixos modules that are not in the
nixos source tree.

This can be useful for modules that are still experimental, or which
aren't useful for other nixos users. Of course, this was already
possible to do this using a forked nixos tree, but with this
functionality, you can just rely on the nixos channel, easing things a
lot.

Lluís Batlle i Rossell a78098451e webkit-1.4: fix build (perl versions) 
Setting perl 5.10 later on buildInputs so it detects this 5.10 perl instead of
the 5.14 that comes through some propagatedBuildInputs. I don't know what one.

‘logind’ automatically starts agetty on all virtual consoles except
tty1.  We have to do that ourselves.

Eelco Dolstra 1cde1bdbe6 nixos-run-vms: If there is only one VM, attach stdio to its serial console 
This is useful for interactive testing (quicker than logging in via
SSH and more convenient than logging in via a virtual console).
