Caleb Land 7698197323 xmlsec: fix build on macOS (#101319)
* xmlsec: fix build on macOS

xmlsec detects the Darwin platform and uses the -D flag with base64, but nix uses GNU base64 which requires -d.

This patch removes the platform test and always uses the -d flag.

Philip Munksgaard f0d31b3bd1 obs-studio: Enable builtin browser support
Since version 25, OBS Studio has shipped with a version of obs-browser that
includes linux support (which means that we don't need the obs-linuxbrowser any
more). This commit enables the builtin browser source.

Fixes #98035

Thanks to @mohe2015 for fixing a patchelf issue I had!

Philip Munksgaard de5875a4d3 libcef: 74.1.14 -> 75.1.14
Update libcef package to 75.1.14

This will allow us to enable browser source in the obs-studio build. It will
also mean that obs-linuxbrowser probably doesn't work, but it's not needed any
longer, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Andreas Rammhold 83f0bccc89 stdenv: add -frandom-seed to NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE for reproducibility
This adds -frandom-seed to each compiler invocation in stdenv. The
object here is to make the compierl invocations produce the same output
every time they are called (for the same derivation). When the
-frandom-seed option is not set the compiler will use a combination of
random numbers (in GCC's case from /dev/urandom) and the durrent time to
produce a "random" input per file. This can (among other things) lead to
different ordering of symbols in the produced object files.

For reason of reproducibility we prefer having the same derivation
produce the exact same outputs. This is not a silver bullet but one way
to tame the compiler.
