Doron Behar c1f4bf78a8 shadowfox: Add ldflags 
shadowfox-updater compares the version of itself with that of the latest
version released upon startup. If it doesn't know it's own version, this
comparison always falsely leads to it suggesting the user to update it
upon startup, where in fact it is updated. This is a confusing behavior
only NixOS users suffer and now it's solved.

Maximilian Bosch 25e60944c6 python3Packages.python-engineio: fix build w/glibc-2.32 
Also had to wrap `__nss_files_fopen` in `libredirect` as this is the way
now `nss` uses to retrieve file-databases[1].

Maximilian Bosch 9dbd6a782a libdap: mark as broken 
Requires an sunrpc-lib like `libtirpc` (latest `glibc` dropped support
for it), however it requires symbols like `xdr_uint` that don't exist in
`libtirpc`.

Patches removed:

* `rpcgen-path.patch` is obsolete as the support for SunOS RPC has been
  removed in 2.32[1].

* The vulnerabilities CVE-2020-1752[2] & CVE-2020-10029[3] are fixed in
  `glibc-2.32`[4][5], thus applying those manually isn't necessary anymore.

I also added myself as second maintainer as I'm quite regularly doing
`glibc`-related stuff in `nixpkgs`, so let's make this situation
official.
