A `nix-env -iA unstable.terraform-full` gave me
`installing 'terraform-with-plugins -0.11.7'`
This removes the whitespace which sneaked into its name.

Moved 'dhall-vim' to match order in vim-plugin-names,
so diff'ing against generated expressions is easier.

Alexey Lebedeff c00d17aae3 epmd: Introduce erlang port mapper daemon service 
Having socket-activated epmd means that there always be only a single
instance managed centrally. Because Erlang also starts it
automatically if not available, and in worst case scenario 'epmd' can
be started by some Erlang application running under systemd. And then
restarting this application unit will cause complete loss of names in
'epmd' (if other Erlang system are also installed on this host).

E.g. see at which lengths RabbitMQ goes to recover from such
situations:

Having the only one socket-activated epmd completely solves this
problem.

Alexey Lebedeff 16cccc2513 erlang: Build with systemd support 
That way 'epmd' can be started by systemd using socket
activation. This is important to have when there is more than one
Erlang system used on the same host.

Support for this exists since 17.0:

This commit is still causing evaluation errors (despite passing
OfBorg!)

Here is the current error:

Maximilian Bosch 88a35d8bb5 pythonPackages.xgboost: fix build 
The setup.py of `python-package` contains some path resolution magic to
find `libxgboost.so` which is needed for the python API.

Unfortunately the code is incompatible with Nix as it isn't compatible
with the store-based structure for each package and tries to express the
location of the shared object with relative paths.

The detection in `setup.py` and `xgboost/libpath.py` has been either
removed entirely or patched to link to the proper store path of the
`libxgboost` build input.

Mathieu Boespflug c27f686a4b bazel: Set a sensible strict action environment. 
Bazel either reuses the `PATH` from the client, or sets a hardcoded
one. The former mode in problematic for build hermeticity. But the
latter is crippled on NixOS, because the hardcoded value is
`/bin:/usr/bin`. So we set the hardcoded value to match what
`customBash` provides. This has the effect of aligning the
environments for `ctx.actions.run` and `ctx.actions.run_shell`, which
were previously distinct (bug).
