Christian Albrecht 62f03750e4 nixos/kubernetes: Stabilize services startup across machines 
by adding targets and curl wait loops to services to ensure services
are not started before their depended services are reachable.

Extra targets cfssl-online.target and kube-apiserver-online.target
syncronize starts across machines and node-online.target ensures
docker is restarted and ready to deploy containers on after flannel
has discussed the network cidr with apiserver.

Since flannel needs to be started before addon-manager to configure
the docker interface, it has to have its own rbac bootstrap service.

The curl wait loops within the other services exists to ensure that when
starting the service it is able to do its work immediately without
clobbering the log about failing conditions.

By ensuring kubernetes.target is only reached after starting the
cluster it can be used in the tests as a wait condition.

In kube-certmgr-bootstrap mkdir is needed for it to not fail to start.

to protect services from crashing and clobbering the logs when
certificates are not in place yet and make sure services are activated
when certificates are ready.

To prevent errors similar to "kube-controller-manager.path: Failed to
enter waiting state: Too many open files"
fs.inotify.max_user_instances has to be increased.

Maximilian Bosch 6fec5aac83 pythonPackages.face_recognition: 1.2.2 -> 1.2.3 
There's no git tag for 1.2.3, hence we need to pin to the corresponding
revision because we build from a git source.

After recent breakage on Hydra[1], the tests were disabled. Although
some build machines don't support AVX, we shouldn't use a DLib without
AVX as the builder's result is also used on modern machines with AVX
support. Before merging changes, maintainers should run the check phase
locally in a `nix-shell`.

Maximilian Bosch 9732c44225 dlib: add flag to disable AVX support 
Especially older hardware doesn't support AVX instructions. DLib is
still functional there, but significantly slower[1].

By setting `avxInstructions` to false, DLib will be compiled without
this feature.

Timo Kaufmann 2de81ee78f sage: patch for pip 19 
pip 19 introduced a deprecation warning for python 2.7. Since sage
internally uses pip to query for installed packages, this deprecation
warning will show up at unexpected times. That is ugly and messes with
the testsuite.

Peter Kolloch baa3d6f43b buildRustCrate: Make CARGO_MANIFEST_DIR absolute 
While it is not obvious from the source, cargo sets CARGO_MANIFEST_DIR to an absolute directory. This let to a build problem with the popular "tera" crate using the "pest" crate.
