Lluís Batlle i Rossell a97db109a2 Disabling OABI_COMPAT on ARM platforms. 
Otherwise, systemd-logind fails to work because SECCOMP_FILTER cannot be
enabled with OABI_COMPAT set. We don't need OABI_COMPAT at all on ARM, I
guess.

With this change, the rpi kernel boots fine for raspberrypi2.

We discussed this change with Dezgeg.

Lluís Batlle i Rossell 0c5be7164c sheevaplug: fix kernel build. 
I added platform.kernelMakeFlags. This allows setting the required
parameter to make the required kernel uImage for the sheevaplug,
since it became a platform with devicetree (3.10).

I have tried it with linux 3.18 and it built fine.

Lluís Batlle i Rossell 51b1297c8a glibc: fix libgcc_s.so 
It used to be a symlink, but now it is a link script. It's crucial to get
proper linking, specially on amrv5tel, where libgcc contains lot of code
related to the limited instruction set of the platform.

Without this fix, g++ shared lib linking was broken, because a "-lgcc" was
not propagated wherever "-lgcc_s" was required. The g++ spec only mentions
"-lgcc_s" and the "-lgcc" is introduced with the libgcc_s.so link script,
only available in the glibc path after this fix.

As a reminder, we put libgcc* in the glibc output to avoid having a
runtime dependency on the gcc path only because of the everywhere linked
libgcc. This problem was specially visible in platforms like armv5tel,
where most programs end up linked to libgcc. Platforms with a more rich
instruction set may rarely end up requiring a link to libgcc.

Lluís Batlle i Rossell c375a6744b Updating uclibc (snapshots). 
I also update the way the configuration is generated, so it works for
our ARM EABI, armv5tel.

We will have to enable the FPU for armv6 and beyond.

Lluís Batlle i Rossell 3874e5812d Adding two kernel patches for mips, that make the life easier on loongson2f 
(less sigill, less sigbus). Related to bad handling of FPU instructions.

I apply them only to linux 3.4, although I think they can apply to many older kernels too.

Upstart requires /dev/ptmx since its 1.4, and will lock up in case of it missing.

I was hitting this in the fuloong, where I don't use the nixos initrd.

I remember the 'named' log was giving annoying messages on systems not ipv6
capable (I can't recall if lacking the kernel ipv6 code or unconfigured ipv6

Lluís Batlle i Rossell 44b2d21212 Mingw changes to gcc. 
Removing a gcc flag, --enable-version-specific-runtime-libs, that put gcc libs
in a speparate directory instead of /lib; this broke the installation of
libgcc_s.a for the case of "--enable-shared" in mingw-w64. And we already have all gccs in directories apart.

I also add the option --enable-fully-dynamic-string, which is used in the
prebuilt mingw64 toolchain; this way nixpkgs creates ABI-compatible binaries
with mingw64 upstream. (told by jon_y on irc ##mingw)

Lluís Batlle i Rossell d9fdfffef9 Fixing the mingw cross gcc. I set it not to build shared libraries, because its specs for 
shared libraries are wrong.
It should run "-lstdc++ -lsupc++" if libstdc++-6.dll is available, and instead it runs
"-lstdc++" and therefore lack symbols.

I think simply few people use shared gcc libs on mingw.

Lluís Batlle i Rossell b713e291a4 The jujuutils are meant for a recent kernel, more recent than our linuxHeaders. 
Therefore I add recent linuxHeaders for it.

It's quite a hack to build it mixed with 2.6.35 headers and 3.3.5, but it builds at least.
