Matthieu Coudron d9292429e7 alot: 0.5.1 to 0.7.0 
- added gnupg to checkInputs
- generate manpage (optional)
- move alot.desktop file to $out/share/applications
- disabled tests as they need the network (dependency on twisted)

Matthieu Coudron fe4f4de1c9 strongswan module: make it work with ipsec l2tp 
l2tp saves its secrets into /etc/ipsec.d but strongswan would not read
them. l2tp checks for /etc/ipsec.secrets includes /etc/ipsec.d and if
not tries to write into it.

Solution:
Have the strongswan module create /etc/ipsec.d and /etc/ipsec.secrets
when networkmanager_l2tp is installed.
Include /etc/ipsec.secrets in
/nix/store/hash-strongswan/etc/ipsec.secrets so that it can find l2tp
secrets.

Also when the ppp 'nopeerdns' option is used, the DNS resolver tries to
write into an alternate file /etc/ppp/resolv.conf. This fails when
/etc/ppp does not exist so the module creates it by default.

the new version brings a new panel in IPsec settings which allows to
reenable old algorithms for IPsec phases 1/2 (dropped in recent libreswan/strongswan etc).

Also updates the homepage with the new one.

Matthieu Coudron f620b1b693 kernel: buildLinux replaces import ./generic.nix 
- defined buildLinux as generic.nix instead of manual-config.nix. This
makes kernel derivations a tad more similar to your typical derivations.
- moved $buildRoot to within the source folder, this way it doesn't have to be created before the unpackPhase
and make it easier to work on kernel source without running the unpackPhase

Matthieu Coudron 8b9429008e doc: add wpa_supplicant command to connect to wifi 
New thin laptops don't have an ethernet port and so rely on wifi to get
access. With the minimal installer, setup wpa_supplicant can be hard if
it is the first time so here we provide an example.

create its temporary files when TMPDIR was not in environment). I used
the opportunity to bump version with the improvements made to ctags to
help diagnose these kinds of errors:

Matthieu Coudron 38737386d5 linux_mptcp: makes linux_mptcp.override works 
I needed to override some parameters because of an error I had:
"Error: modDirVersion specified in the Nix expression is wrong, it should be: 4.9.60+"

but the following override would not be taken into account
  pkg.override ({
    modDirVersion="4.9.60+";
    src=pkgs.lib.cleanSource /home/teto/mptcp;
  })

because the override would be overriden by the nixpkgs parameters
because of concatenation order:

Matthieu Coudron 9889c1c661 neovim: fix missing dependancy luajit lpeg 
luajit libraries are not the same as vanilla lua ones, hence when luajit
is enabled, the build fails.
