Vladimír Čunát 735f0f2ca8 thunar-dropbox-plugin: fixup after #9935

I don't think it's good to split thunarx into a separate derivation in
this way. We would have the library and associated stuff twice and two
expressions, etc. Distributions do these things by an analogy to multiple-output
derivation (Debian does, for example), so we could use that, but it
doesn't seem important in this case and would be better after #7701 anyway.

Vladimír Čunát c10f7050c5 all-packages: don't recurse into aliased sets 
So far nix-env -qP would prefer e.g. `xlibs.*` to `xorg.*`,
so we just disallow recursing into aliased sets
while keeping them available for explicit usage.

Consequently, `xlibs` references should get killed on the next
regeneration.

Vladimír Čunát 88c9f8b574 xlibs: replace occurrences by xorg 
This seems to have been confusing people, using both xlibs and xorg, etc.
- Avoided renaming local (and different) xlibs binding in gcc*.
- Fixed cases where both xorg and xlibs were used.
Hopefully everything still works as before.

Vladimír Čunát 0c74f18e4c xlibs.xlibs: remove 
It was really ugly that `xlibs.xlibs` meant something else than `xlibs`,
especially when using `with xlibs`, such as in wine.
Also, now `xlibs` is the same as `xorg`.

Vladimír Čunát 8f33b8cc93 mass rewrite of find parameters to cross-platform style 
Fixes #9044, close #9667. Thanks to @taku0 for suggesting this solution.
Now we have no modes starting with `/` or `+`.

Rewrite the `-perm` parameters of find:
 - completely safe: rewrite `/0100` and `+100` to `-0100`,
 - slightly semantics-changing: rewrite `+111` to `-0100`.
I cross-verified the `find` manual pages for Linux, Darwin, FreeBSD.

Fixes CVE-2014-8121, CVE-2015-1781 and two unnumbered problems (apparently).
All these commits should be contained in the 2.22 release,
but we don't want that yet due to unresolved locale incompatibilites.

I'm not sure what was the compatibility problem before that commit,
but ghc at least builds now on both x86 Linux platforms
(and this commit doesn't cause a rebuild on x86_64-linux).

These release tarballs are much smaller; I don't know the difference,
but they still seem to work (openscad, rpacad).

Vladimír Čunát 844bfc605a cgal: fix build by update 4.5 -> 4.6.1 
It was broken by cmake updates (between 3.2.2 and 3.3.1).
I chose the github tarballs because they have a predictable URL,
although they're much larger due to not supporting xz.

It's our default kernel (now and for the upcoming release).
- 304 won't build with 4.1,
- 173 didn't even build with 3.14 due to other issues (3.12 is OK ATM)
- all legacy drivers are up-to-date with upstream releases.
