racer builds fine on Linux and macOS without racer as a dependency.
racer does not actually use rustup, but 'rustc --print sysroot', which
is already available through the rustc dependency.
Some software that depends on libtensorflow (e.g. the Tensorflow Rust
bindings) expect tensorflow.pc to be available. This change adds a
pkgconfig file.
groff may not be installed system-wide or may be outside cgit's path
(e.g. when running cgit using uwsgi). As a result, the man2html filter
fails. Replace groff by its full path in man2html.
- mxnet now builds the open source MKL DNN library. However, this
was not included with the build.
- mxnet builds its own OpenMP library, even when OpenMP is provided
by the system. This leads to problems, so remove the included
OpenMP implementation:

- Follow the same logic for finding boost-python as for Linux.
- Set DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH so that ctypes find_library can find
boost-python.
- Do not use '-mt' suffix when linking against boost-serialization
and boost-program_options on Darwin.
password-store on Darwin does not pass unit tests in sandboxed
builds:
- 'openssl base64' is used on Darwin to compute base64. Add openssl
to the environment of pass.
- t0200-edit-tests.sh tests 'pass edit', which uses hdid on Darwin.
However hdid is not available in the sandbox.
grpcio currently does not build on Darwin (10.13.6). Due to the
following issues:
* ar is invoked with incorrect flags (#33765).
* libtool cannot be found, with a libtool dependency, with libtool
the option '-no_warning_for_no_symbols' is not recognized.
* the module build cannot find boringssl that is packaged with
python-grpcio when pkgconfig is not installed (grpc/#10058).
