Instead of one derivation providing a cmake-compatible library and one
providing a setuptools-compatible library, we now support both ways of
consuming the library for both pybind11 and python.pkgs.pybind11.
Since gcovr is most likely to be used as a script instead of a library,
we provide an alias to python3Packages.gcovr. We still keep
python2/3Packages.gcovr in case somebody really wants to import it as a
library, which can not entirely be ruled out.
The sed expression actually caused an error on hydra:

It seems to build fine without it however.
This fixes the following error when starting nvvp or nsight:

Since GDK_PIXBUF_MODULE_FILE should match the version we actually link
to, we override the environment variable using the one provided by the
gdk_pixbuf setup-hook.
There were two things to fix:
- Boost started shipping libboost_python.so as libboost_python{Major}{Minor}
- Make sure that mapnik and boost link to the correct version of python.
This fixes:
error: cannot initialize a variable of type 'GooString *' with an rvalue of type 'const GooString *'
which occurs with recent clang or gcc-7.

All imake (xmkmf) based builds use the lib/X11/config/darwin.cf file to
define locations of cpp, cc, c++ (in /usr/bin by default). We remove the
directoy part to force darwin builds to search the $PATH for those
commands.
streamripper ships its own version of libmad, which does not compile on
clang, due to the usage of incompatible compiler flags. We can get the
build working by using the already packaged libmad, which includes
patches for clang.
The bzero-patch was merged upstream in
git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@16103, so it does no
longer apply.
Additionally - to make the build succeed on darwin systems more recent
than our nixpkgs.darwin.xnu kernel version - we need to teach the build
the version of the xnu headers we provide, instead of letting the build
figure out the actual system version using `uname -r`.
The message buffer of the kernel lists

This fixesNixOS/nixpkgs#26910.
Since the commands "locale", "pbpaste" and "pbcopy" are not in nixpkgs,
as they are impure darwin dependencies, we currently cannot get the
clipboard and locale functionality to work properly. We disable the
tests "test_locale" and "test_clipboard" on darwin, so we get a mostly
working pandas. Additionally to disabling the test via py.test, we also
need to provide fake pbpaste/pbcopy commands, so py.test won't fail
during the collection phase.
