imagemagickBig and imagemagick7Big were marked broken in #55634 due
to #55118. #57313 fixed the bug but reverted the broken bit only on
imagemagickBig. Revert it on imagemagick7Big too.

The wrapper is not needed because the runpath is already set correctly,
and LD_LIBRARY_PATH was breaking child processes linked against
different libc versions.

Previously, lxd would complain about apparmor_parser being missing:
lxd[1037]: lvl=warn msg="AppArmor support has been disabled because 'apparmor_parser' couldn't be found" t=2018-11-19T18:32:47-0800
We need to provide a wrapped apparmor_parser that knows where to find
<tunables/global>, which is #included by lxd’s generated profiles.

This hardcoded list of CFFI extension modules gets stale when PyPy adds
more, but fortunately the main translation step already builds these now
(hack_for_cffi_modules in pypy/goal/targetpypystandalone.py).
