Kira Bruneau 9b7c32a9c1 winePackages: enable mingwSupport in base build 
With mingwSupport enabled, Wine uses MinGW builds of GCC (compiled for
the i686-w64-mingw32 & x86_64-w64-mingw32 targets) to cross compile
system DLLs as PE executables.

This is used to workaround some basic anticheat software. (See #103102)

Fedora & Arch Linux also have this enabled by default in their Wine builds:

Kira Bruneau 9788188273 pkgs/os-specific/windows: fix evaluation after stdenv.lib -> lib 
Fixes the evaluation of packages in pkgs/os-specific/windows that
weren't updated to include a new lib parameter after the refactor from
stdenv.lib -> lib (#109490).

I originally only intended this change to fix
`pkgsCross.mingw32.buildPackages.gcc` & `pkgsCross.mingwW64.buildPackages.gcc`
to support building wine with `mingwSupport`, but I noticed this was
an issue for all updated windows packages. Most of these other
packages fail to build for other reasons.

MetaDark 8deca0d420 zynaddsubfx: use zyn-fusion as default gui module 
- Added `guiModule` option that accepts "fltk", "ntk", "zest", or "off"

- Split FLTK dependencies from NTK dependencies

- Added support for building the FLTK gui

- Added support for building the Zyn-Fusion (zest) gui

- Added new derivation for the Zest UI framework (local to zynaddsubfx)
  It's not yet designed to be used outside of zynaddsubfx, but it
  may be in the future

- Added flags for all optional features

- Added & disabled `dssiSupport` by default

- Disabled `lashSupport` by default
  Slows down startup looking for LASH server if not running

- Added & enabled `portaudioSupport` by default
  Cross platform audio library that uses ALSA/JACK on Linux.
  Supports multiple audio streams without needing JACK.

- Enabled tests

- Removes nico202 as maintainer, as requested in code review

Kira Bruneau 30ec971ceb winetricks: skip null dependencies 
This can be used to reduce closure size when a wrapper uses a custom
WINE at runtime, or a different wine in PATH.

MetaDark b12dfd0757 rofi: fix displaying hicolor icons 
This adds the hicolor theme to XDG_DATA_DIRS for rofi and moves all
wrapping to rofi/wrapper.nix.

The wrapper will now always be generated, even when a theme is not provided.
