Since we moved gsettings-desktop-schemas to top-level, gnome3.glib-networking was the same as glib-networking.
We could try to make the top-level variant not depend on gsettings-desktop-schemas again but that is probably
pointless, as the dependency is rather small compared to things like libproxy. Instead, we will just drop
the package in gnome3 attr set and always rely on the top-level expression.
So that this can be loaded from programs not depending on gsettings-desktop-schemas.
Currently, this patch is much uglier than it could be due to

Apparently, there are no plugins in `grilo` package – everything is in `grilo-plugins`, so we need to add `grilo-plugins` to inputs. The setup hook will make the plug-ins available through an environment variable:

Fix the following error when opening Background panel in GNOME Settings:

Previously, we were only adding profile-relative paths to XDG_CONFIG_DIRS
variable. That required very ugly hacks like
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/33282#issuecomment-524550842
to be able to configure XDG stuff.
Now, we are prepending the variable with /etc/xdg, allowing us to
simply use `environment.etc."xdg/…"` options.
XDG_CONFIG_DIRS should contain directories ordered by priority
so if we want users to be able to customize the defaults, we
need to move the shipped values to the end.
Currently the following warnings and errors are logged on GNOME startup:

This patch starts wrapping the binary, fixing one of the stragglers from https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/14120.
Unfortunately, we could not use wrapGAppsHook due to dependency cycle.
Continuation of https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/67306
* Switched to non-deprecated dbus config path.
* Removed CMake flags for finding dependencies, the project can find them on its own.
* Properly fixed the RPATH issue from https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/15406 – ${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/${CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR}.
* Dropped changing Icon name in the desktop file as it was fixed upstream.
* Switched to fetchFromGitHub, as the submodules are only for Win, Mac & crash reporting.
* Dropped enableParallelBuilding = true, as it is on by default with CMake.
