The team behind ksonnet was aquired by VMware, and they decided to end
work on ksonnet:

Package attrs should map to the pname. It's confusing otherwise.
pkg-config is also the name used by most distributions:
Debian, Homebrew, Guix, OpenSuse
other distributions like FreeBSD ports, Fedora and Arch Linux call it
"pkgconf"
Waiting a few releases to make a tree-wide change to make it easier to
back-port things.
We need the latest gox to support the latest go releases better.

On Linux the `$TMPDIR` is `/build`. The TMPDIR audit looks for `$TMPDIR`
in the build output, which will then fail with packages like
/buildkite-agent.
This fixes the heuristic to look for `$TMPDIR/` instead.
This allows to simplify the usage of libredirect inside of nix build
sandboxes. Add "libredirect.hook" to the build inputs to get everything
linked in automaticall. All that's left is to set NIX_REDIRECTS and call
the target program.

Move all the nixos-* scripts from the nixos distribution as real
packages in the pkgs/ package set.
This allows non-nixos users to run the script as well. For example,
deploying a remote machine with:
nixos-rebuild --target-host root@hostname --build-host root@hostname
Before, providers were only built indirectly. Since proviers don't
depend on terraform to build they can be moved into their own collection
of packages. This also has the advantage that they can be reached
directly using an attribute path (Eg: terraform-providers.nixos).

The patchPhase wasn't being applied at all.
This patch re-enables that and also re-thinks the setting that we want
to have. Turning off the auto-update is more accurate and doesn't lose
information like it did before.
This fixes an issue where the strongswan NM client is not able to
connect to a VPN. By default it tries to load the trust CA from
/usr/share/ca-certificates which doesn't exist in NixOS and most modern
distros.
