Matthew Bauer 64bddb3f1e manual: add "Emacs" section to manual 
This gives some basics on configuring Emacs within Nix. The
configuration is fairly long just to give a good idea of what’s going
on. I can trim out some of it if it’s not necessary. Note that there
is already a section for Emacs in the NixOS manual. However, this is
aimed at avoiding using modules altogether to make things easier for
non-NixOS users. This configuration should work on NixOS anyway,
however.

though it isn’t on latest versions. This is the best fix I can find
for now.

Matthew Bauer 3cc4bfa7a3 wxwidgets: restructure into one folder 
It’s easier to manage these in one folder.

Affected folders from pkgs/development/libraries/:

- wxGTK-2.8
- wxGTK-2.9
- wxGTK-3.0
- wxmac

These will all go into pkgs/development/libraries/wxwidgets for now.

Matthew Bauer 4672fe6998 pinentry_mac: use precompiled .nib's 
sadly, xib2nib hasn't been working like i though. I've just
precompiled into our modified pinentry_mac. Eventually we can get this
fixed but it's not as easy as first thought.
