This doesn't need to be on 21.05, because 21.05 doesn't have MariaDB
10.6.
It shouldn't be on 21.05 because the package version warning mentions
21.11, which is confusing and misleading.
It should be included regardless of whether tests are run or not, and
overriding the package to disable tests would break this package up
until this change.
Since the upstream graylogctl script will prefer finding its java
executable based on JAVA_HOME, we now set this instead of PATH in
order to allow it to find the JRE. By setting it conditionally on it
not already being set, we allow selecting a different JRE at runtime.
We also explicitly use openjdk11, which supports the
UseConcMarkSweepGC option which graylog insists on using.
vtk: clean up / reduce code repetition
This refactors the vtk expressions to use a generic base expression,
which is used for all 3 versions.
vtk 7.x no longer uses gcc 8, since the quirk of it not building with
gcc 9 seems to have been fixed.
This also makes the python bindings available for all 3 versions, and
fixes building them for vtk 8 by adding a patch.
Prior to this change, the script could potentially get confused by
"menus" containing only one valid option. Thus, with
CPU_BIG_ENDIAN = no;
CPU_LITTLE_ENDIAN = yes;
ARM64_PA_BITS_48 = yes;
the endianness would be set incorrectly:

This commit fixes this error by forgetting previous menu choices if a
line that follows a menu option is neither another menu option nor the
prompt for choosing one of the options.
- Generate a link to the initramfs file with an appropriate file
extension, guessed based on the compressor by default
- Use correct metadata in u-boot images if generated, up to now this
was hardcoded to gzip and would silently generate an erroneous image
if another compressor was specified
- Document all the parameters
- Improve cross-building compatibility, by allowing passing either a
string as before, or a function taking a package set and returning the
path to a compressor in the "compressor" argument of the
function.
- Support more compression algorithms
- Place compressor executable function and arguments in passthru, for
reuse when appending initramfses

systemd.exec(5) on DynamicUser:
> If a statically allocated user or group of the configured name
> already exists, it is used and no dynamic user/group is allocated.
Using DynamicUser while still setting a group name can be
useful for granting access to resources that can otherwise only be
accessed with entirely static IDs.
For UEFI setups, "device" will generally be the special value "nodev"
which represents not running grub-install at all. Using "nodev" for
boot mirrors should therefore be allowed.
declare -a is not sufficient to make the array variable actually
exist, which resulted in the script failing when the target object did
not have any DT_NEEDED entries. This in turn resulted in some
initramfs libraries not having their rpaths patched to point to
extra-utils, which in turn broke the extra-utils tests.
- Add serve.enable option, which configures uwsgi and nginx to serve
the mailman-web application;
- Configure services to log to the journal, where possible. Mailman
Core does not provide any options for this, but will now log to
/var/log/mailman;
- Use a unified python environment for all components, with an
extraPackages option to allow use of postgres support and similar;
- Configure mailman's postfix module such that it can generate the
domain and lmtp maps;
- Fix formatting for option examples;
- Provide a mailman-web user to run the uwsgi service by default
- Refactor Hyperkitty's periodic jobs to reduce repetition in the
expressions;
- Remove service dependencies not related to functionality included in
the module, such as httpd -- these should be configured in user config
when used;
- Move static files root to /var/lib/mailman-web-static by default. This avoids
permission issues when a static file web server attempts to access
/var/lib/mailman which is private to mailman. The location can still
be changed by setting services.mailman.webSettings.STATIC_ROOT;
- Remove the webRoot option, which seems to have been included by
accident, being an unsuitable directory for serving via HTTP.
- Rename mailman-web.service to mailman-web-setup.service, since it
doesn't actually serve mailman-web. There is now a
mailman-uwsgi.service if serve.enable is set to true.
