Domen Kožar aafe3d29c1 ghc: apply a patch to fix common gold linker problem 
It would otherwise result into undefined referenecs for some functions
in the base when using the gold linker:

   error: undefined reference to 'sqrt'

Fixes https://github.com/bos/double-conversion/pull/17

Previously ghc option -optl=-lm was used for packages depending on
such functions, but that could result into

   fatal error: cannot mix -r with dynamic object /nix/store/7crrmih8c52r8fbnqb933dxrsp44md93-glibc-2.25/lib/libm.so.6

in some situations like profiling builds.

Patch was prepared by Michael Bishop and Niklas Hambüchen.

The motivation is to be able to get rid of common configuration
when initial packages differs since common configuration assumes
a very specific version set.

Domen Kožar f031f3105a GHC 8.0.2: use -split-sections 
-split-sections replaced -split-objs with following upsides:

1) -split-objs adds considerable overhead to compile time

2) combined with stripping, it causes issues when cross-compiling

For upstream see https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/8405

This is supported only for Linux/Windows using ld linker.

GHC master also turns on -split-sections by default.

This is useful for EC2 AMI generation to speedup the process.

Domen Kožar e5cca82d79 make-disk-image: run tune2fs after umount to skip fsck 
tune2fs marks the filesystem as clean to prevent resize2fs from
complaining.

But we were invoking it before we mounted the filesystem, so the
counters would increase to 1 and it broke the functionality.

By moving the call after the mount, I have confirmed it works by:

   $ nix-build nixos/tests/ec2.nix
