Michael Weiss 886e497f5d mesa: Switch from LLVM 9 to llvmPackages_latest
The radeonsi and radv (without ACO) drivers requires LLVM 11 for
GFX 10.3 [0],[1]. E.g. Arch Linux also compiles Mesa with LLVM 11 so
this should be fine.

There's no need to keep the expressions for old patches around.
Also: Apply the musl patch unconditionally to ensure that it doesn't
break after future updates.

Michael Weiss 44b7d77591 python3Packages.cryptography: 3.2.1 -> 3.3.1
Backward incompatible changes:
- Support for Python 3.5 has been removed due to low usage and
  maintenance burden.
- The GCM and AESGCM now require 64-bit to 1024-bit (8 byte to 128 byte)
initialization vectors. This change is to conform with an upcoming
OpenSSL release that will no longer support sizes outside this window.
- When deserializing asymmetric keys we now raise ValueError rather than
UnsupportedAlgorithm when an unsupported cipher is used. This change
is to conform with an upcoming OpenSSL release that will no longer
  distinguish between error types.
- We no longer allow loading of finite field Diffie-Hellman parameters
of less than 512 bits in length. This change is to conform with an
upcoming OpenSSL release that no longer supports smaller sizes. These
keys were already wildly insecure and should not have been used in any
  application outside of testing.

Michael Weiss d35b635628 chromedriver.src: Update the hash
I just regenerated upstream-info.json using update.py again and got a
different hash this time (but the same hash as in #106272). Therefore,
the only possible explanation I have is that upstream changed the file
that is hosted at [0]. I'll try to contact upstream regarding this.

Fix #106272.

See https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/issues/270.

I've successfully tested screen sharing with Chromium 87.0.4280.66.

This is done because the project is actually named iproute2:
- https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/network/iproute2/iproute2.git
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iproute2

Our package name already reflects that and for consistency the attribute
name should also be iproute2.

However, it is important to note that some distributions use "iproute"
(but that might be for technical reasons):
