See 3fadc45499. Since the beta channel is now also on 81 and the stable
channel will be on 81 soon, it makes sense to already add this
unconditionally for all channels.
This version is 5 commits ahead of version 1.0.0 because we need at
least one patch [0] that prevents CMake from trying to use Git to fetch
the already fetched submodule...
Also some files have the wrong formatting (CRLF line endings) which
makes the patching really messy. At this point is seems therefore better
to use the master version instead (1.0.0 is pretty broken regarding
CMake).

Due to the support of the systemd-logind API the udev rules aren't
required anymore which renders this module useless [0].
Note: brightnessctl should now require a working D-Bus setup and a valid
local logind session for this to work.

The old variant is still working but setting "cafile" is deprecated
since version 3.6 [0] and generates a warning:
DeprecationWarning: cafile, capath and cadefault are deprecated, use a custom context instead.
But without this patch "fetchRepoProject" still fails with
"error no host given" (see 337380ea1d).

I don't really have the hardware resources nor time to do this properly,
but I'll try to keep a watch on Chromium (updates, PRs, and issues)
until we've found a new team [0].
Testing will be performed on a best effort basis (no guarantees :o).
I've also briefly documented the current maintainer
roles/responsibilities and added `meta.longDescription`.

This is not required anymore and therefore a refactoring/cleanup
(verified with diffoscope that only the output paths change).
Credit to @ilya-fedin for bringing this to my attention.
The ping binary will be from iputils anyway since it's installed in
/run/wrappers/bin/ (first in $PATH) and tftpd will be from iputils as
well since inetutils installs it into libexec (not in $PATH).
Therefore, there's not even a real choice here (though we should most
likely prefer iputils anyway).
Current collisions:
collision between `/nix/store/...-iputils-20190709/bin/ping' and `/nix/store/...-inetutils-1.9.4/bin/ping'
collision between `/nix/store/...-iputils-20190709/share/man/man8/tftpd.8.gz' and `/nix/store/...-inetutils-1.9.4/share/man/man8/tftpd.8.gz'
This also properly enables the spell checking with enchant2.
Note: This requires a proper configuration.
A quick and dirty solution (not recommended) could look like this:

The GYP build is now deprecated [0].
This results in a large number of changes and many custom Nix patches
aren't required anymore (and probably haven't been required for quite
some time now, the derivation got a bit outdated...).
A lot of the changes in this commit are based on the changes of the
Arch package [1][2] (which our package is based upon).
Rough overview of the changes:
- gcc9 -> ninja (optional but let's follow Arch here)
- Dropped GYP, only CMake now
- But: Python is still required
- fetchFromGitHub -> fetchurl (optional?)
- Apply all Arch patches and remove old patches
- Requires one new patch for range-v3
- New dependencies: enchant2, lz4, xxHash
- TODO: Plus a few new dependencies that shouldn't be required
- Cleanup: Irrelevant flags (e.g. GYP_DEFINES) and patches (e.g. sed)
- Simplifies quite a few things :)
- Some additional documentation and TODOs

Unfortunately this update seems to require some manual changes, at least
in my case. But fortunately the IDE explains the required changes:

sway: refactor with a wrapper
This moves the wrapper functionality from the NixOS module to a new package
(wrapper) that wraps the original sway package (sway-unwrapped). Therefore it's
now also possible to properly use Sway on non-NixOS systems out of the box.
The new submodule for the wrapperFeatures makes it easy to extend the
functionality which should become useful in the future.
This also introduces a GTK wrapper feature to fix issues with icon/GTK themes,
e.g. when running waybar or wofi. This should also work for #67704. If not, we
might have to add some additional dependencies/arguments for this case.
