Jan Malakhovski c7cf808ff8 libva: make libva-full the default 
It seems that all uses of `libva` it in nixpkgs except `mesa` and itself actually
either will gain from using `libva-full` instead of `libva-minimal` by default
or simply won't care.

Jan Malakhovski 23e2ea9cba firefoxPackages: add a patch to fix pulseaudio initialization bug 
This is optional (`libcardiacarrest` has a workaround for this bug
because there's `firefox-bin` that I can't fix), but with this applied things
are a bit smoother.

Jan Malakhovski 39319f3a75 SDL2: don't compile any static outputs 
After the previous patch there's no reason to have them. But I didn't try to
rebuild every single thing that depends on this, so try reverting this patch first
if something does break and you can't fix it.

Many commits unrelated to `lib` touch that file, this will make `git log ./lib` much saner.

Jan Malakhovski 522437362a stdenv: linux, darwin: don't build documentation for the the intermediate stages 
For the cc of the intermediate stages, to be precise. Doing the same for
bintools requires lots of refactoring.

This is mainly for the future extensibility as now you can change
documentation generation with impunity without rebuilding the
whole of stdenv.

This allows one to specify "related packages" in NixOS that get rendered into
the configuration.nix(5) man page. The interface philosophy is pretty much
stolen from TeX bibliography.

This is a temporary workaround to make `nix-env -qa` and `nix search` ignore
broken packages as they they did before this patchset.

This patch should be reverted after `nix` gets a proper fix for this.

Jan Malakhovski eaee2a1199 stdenv: implement config.checkMetaRecursively 
This option makes `meta.evaluate` into a close approximation of the result of
evaluating `.outPath` by checking all the dependencies recursively at a cost of
2x slowdown. Note that actually evaluating `.outPath` costs some
5x-7x more because `.outPath` also computes all the hashes.

This pushes check-meta evaluation to derivation evaluation step, leaving all other
attributes accessible.

Before this commit:

which is unfortunate since its impossible to use packages in autogenerated
documentation on all platforms.
