This causes problems when parsing the name attribute, e.g. for Repology
and parseDrvName. I've added "-unwrapped" to the derivation with the
downloaded content to keep it easier to differentiate between the two.

This is e.g. required for mpv (depends on ffmpeg_4) to play AV1 videos.

But since dav1d is only a AV1 decoder this doesn't support AV1 encoding
as well (that would require an additional dependency on libaom).
The dependency on dav1d can be disabled by overriding it to null.

The renamed and removed configuration options where not used.
I've added a patch to prefer libdav1d over libaom, as libaom wasn't even
able to play my sample videos for AV1 (apart from the reduced
performance, at least in theory).
Unfortunately the previous release (1.8.1) was crashing due to a
segmentation fault (didn't have time to investigate), but this release
works fine so far.
Had to switch from GCC 8 to GCC 9 due to the following internal compiler
error:

These updates where initially delayed due to a bug that causes problems
with the automatic update of the Android Studio Gradle plugin.
But as the current status is "Won't Fix (Infeasible)" [0] there's no
point in skipping the updates for the dev/canary channel any longer.
Unfortunately this update will probably still cause the builds from
canary 3 to break and require manual steps to resolve this issue.

tl;dr: This fixes the behaviour at run-time but uses "n/a" defaults
inside the Nix build sandbox (build-time).
There might still be a few minor regressions, we might have to tweak
the behaviour over time (e.g. the implementation from Debian also
differs from the original version), and we could refactor the script,
but it should work well enough for now.
This is a refactoring of "tdesktop", i.e. the resulting derivation isn't
affected by this commit (only the tdesktopPackages.* attributes are
removed).
I decided to remove the attributes "tdesktopPackages.*" as I don't
maintain the preview version anymore. There are regular stable releases
and we depend on the patches from Arch Linux which only track the stable
version as well, i.e. I would have to maintain our own patches, which
would either require an additional repository or "bloat" Nixpkgs (apart
from the fact that it would be unnecessarily time-consuming).
Note/TODO: The IP plugin fails in the sandbox:
Error while initializing the ip plugin ('NoneType' object has no attribute 'split')
but works outside of the build sandbox (i.e. in a normal setup).
