Aneesh Agrawal 89d0307a39 vagrant: Fix dependencies for version 2.0.2
The version was bumped in #36081,
but the dependencies were not updated,
causing Vagrant to fail at runtime.

Fix the dependencies (via bundix),
and add an `installCheckPhase` to the derviation
to catch this in the future.

Don't default `doCheck` to false,

Aneesh Agrawal 716d1612af openssh: Build with Kerberos by default
This can be disabled with the `withKerberos` flag if desired.
Make the relevant assertions lazy,
so that if an overlay is used to set kerberos to null,
a later override can explicitly set `withKerberos` to false.

Don't build with GSSAPI by default;
the patchset is large and a bit hairy,
and it is reasonable to follow upstream who has not merged it
in not enabling it by default.

Aneesh Agrawal 8c3553b88d vagrant: Build from source
This is not quite as elegant as using `bundlerApp`,
which I could not get working.
However, this still uses most of the Ruby infrastructure,
including stock bundix, and should be fairly reasonable to maintain.

This means no more hacks to work around wrong embedded binaries,
and no need for an old version of Ruby.

Note that `vagrant share` is no longer included,
as that functionality is closed-source
and not present in the upstream source code.

The Vagrant maintainers publish official Vagrant installers,
which they prefer people use as most platforms don't
have great support for pinning known-good dependencies.
When run outside one of the offical installers,
Vagrant normally prints a warning to that effect.
However, Vagrant does run outside the installer environment
(nominally to support Vagrant development),
and this has the effect of functioning better by respecting
OS certs and shared libraries,
as opposed to trying to use bundled versions.
To keep these postive side effects without having to see the warning
on every Vagrant invocation, patch out the call to print the warning.

Note that I have reset the maintainers since the implementation is
totally redone; I'm happy to re-add any of the current maintainers.

Aneesh Agrawal 0750c5aee4 ruby-modules: Add new url source type
This just defers to `fetchurl` for fetching.

Additionally, update the `nix-bundle-install.rb` script to handle gems
installed from a path, i.e. those with a `url` source.
Some parts of that script have been disabled in the `path` case
that likely shouldn't be, but cause errors and aren't necessary to get
`vagrant` to work.

Aneesh Agrawal 36f1bcbeb8 ruby treewide: don't merge source into top-level
Keep the `source` attrset distinct to prevent its entries from merging
with the top level attrs.
Since each type of source has a different set of entries for `source`,
this is the easiest way to keep them together.
This will pave the way for a new `url` type of source.

This is a mass-rebuild of many ruby packages,
notably those using `git` type sources.

Python is only used for one test, which is optional and is skipped if

does not work), so remove the dependency to reduce the closure size for
a Python 3 as default Python future.

Additionally, update the meta.homepage and src to point at GitHub, which
is the libevent project home since 2015-10-07.

Aneesh Agrawal 6321a1b67c nmap: pin to Python 2, make Python optional
Python 3 is not supported, so use python2Packages.

Python is only required for the `ndiff` and `zenmap` binaries, not the
main `nmap` binary, so disable Python by default to reduce the default
closure size, and add a `withPython` arg to re-enable it. Note that
Zenmap is the graphical program, so passing `graphicalSupport = true`
will also automatically enable Python support.
