Rickard Nilsson 9c0459972f Revert "gnum4: Disable tests for ARM."

This reverts commit b63305721d.

gnum4 builds fine on Sheevaplug for me now. I consider my previous
failure a glitch, since I'm not sure how my stdenv looked at that
time. Sorry for the noise.
