Eelco Dolstra bc4064af73 wpa_supplicant: Fix config generation ...

‘echo ${extraConfig}’ doesn't do the right thing if extraConfig
contains newlines.  This broke NixOS because CONFIG_DEBUG_SYSLOG=y
wasn't processed.
